Payment and Cancellation Rules

Payment must be received at least 48 hours before the service.

A booking is not confirmed until payment has been received.

Venue admission, parking, activities and the supervisor’s reasonable entry expenses are paid by the parent responsible for the visit.

Cancellation Policy
-
Cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time: No cancellation fee. The payment may be refunded or transferred to another approved booking.

Cancel between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled start time: 50% of the booked service fee will be charged. Any remaining amount may be refunded or transferred to another approved booking.

Cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, or fail to attend: The full service fee will be charged and no refund or credit will be provided.

The parent responsible for a cancellation is responsible for the applicable cancellation fee, subject to the service agreement.
